India has been an alluring country for many reasons, it is the most exotic land in Asia where one can find culture bound by traditions. 1. Life of Pi - Kerala
This award-winning movie directed by Ang Lee is a survival drama of 'Pi' Patel, who by some share of luck survives a dreadful shipwreck and then is forced to share a lifeboat with a Royal Bengal Tiger.
The film was shot at many places in India like Puducherry and Kerala. Indian actors Tabu and Irrfan Khan were also featured in major roles in the movie.
2. The Bourne Supremacy - Goa
The Bourne Supremacy is an action-thriller film and second installment to the highly successful Bourne franchise. The film was directed by Paul Greengrass and had been shot in the western most part of India, in Goa.
3. Mission Impossible 4 - Mumbai
Well, who is not a fan of Tom Cruise's Mission Impossible? This fourth part of the cult action-thriller spy movie series had come to the lanes of Mumbai, India. Tom Cruise zooming around in his BMW concept vehicle i8 in the busy lanes of Mumbai was pretty cool to watch.
4. The Dark Knight Rises - Jodhpur
It seems, even the Batman couldn't resist the call of India, as the movie Dark Knight Rises had scenes shot at the Jodhpur's Mehrangarh Fort, the very scene where Bruce Wayne aka Batman would escape from the jail.
5. Million Dollar Arm - Mumbai
This one is a famous biographical drama on sports about two baseball pitchers Dinesh Patel and Rinku Singh. Directed by Craig Gillespie, most part of the film has been shot in Mumbai, India.
