Kylie was spotted, yesterday, February 9, 2016, in New York City, wearing a yellow mini dress with a deep slit. To her bad luck, the slit opened wide when the wind blew, flashing her underpants and crotch!
The reality star chose to wear a rather short dress despite the cool weather in New York. If she hadn't felt the breeze before she got out of the car, she would have definitely felt it when it blew through her private parts.
