The
Oscar-winning
star
Jeff
Bridges
reveals
his
secret
on
how
he
manages
to
cope
with
anxiety.
The
66-year-old
actor
mentions
that
the
advice
that
his
mother
gave
him
at
a
younger
age,
has
helped
him
a
lot
in
dealing
with
anxiety
all
through
his
life.
Jeff
advised
all
to
stay
calm
and
enjoy
the
moment
and
never
take
things
too
seriously.
"There's
a
lot
of
anxiety
in
film-making;
you
get
flops
and
a
fear
of
failure.
But
when
I
went
off
to
work
as
a
young
kid,
my
mom
would
always
say,
'Remember
now:
have
fun,
and
don't
take
it
too
seriously.'
That
advice
has
really
served
me.
Don't
take
yourself
too
damn
seriously." He
said.
Jeff
also
said
that
it
feels
good
when
things
fall
in
according
to
the
order.
But
when
it
doesn't,
just
relax.
"You
always
have
high
hopes
when
you
start
out
and
every
once
in
a
while
those
hopes
are
transcended.
It's
even
better
than
you
thought.
Sometimes
the
pieces
don't
quite
come
together.
Most
often,
actually.
It's
kind
of
weird
when
it
all
comes
together,
but
when
it
does
it
feels
great."
He
said,
Lloyd
Bridges,
his
father
has
given
him
acting
lessons,
but
it
is
his
mother's
advice
which
helps
him
to
stay
calm
and
composed
even
at
the
most
adverse
situation
in
life.
