Just
as
promised,
The
Universal
Pictures
unveiled
the
first
full
trailer
of
the
much-anticipated
film
The
Mummy
Reboot
on
Sunday.
And
believe
me,
it
is
much
more
scary
than
what
we
actually
thought
it
would
be.
According
to
the
sources,
the
movie
has
been
scheduled
for
a
2017
summer
release
and
most
probably
it
will
hit
theatres
on
June
9,
2017.
While
taking
it
over
from
Brendan
Fraser,
Tom
Cruise
and
the
crew
have
just
made
it
look
extremely
contemporary
on
the
backdrop
of
the
modern
era.
The
trailer
seems
more
like
another
Mission
Impossible
with
the
Mummy
edition.
However,
on
the
overall
entertainment
quotient,
this
movie
has
high
potential.
At
least
it
is
evident
in
its
first
trailer.
The
story
has
been
neatly
woven,
with
an
ancient
princess
mummified
and,
thought
to
be
safely
entombed
deep
down
in
the
middle
of
a
mysterious
desert,
unfortunately
and
accidentally
awakened
in
the
current
day
only
to
unleash
her
evil
wrath
upon
this
modern
world.
From
the
swirling
sands
in
the
Middle
East
to
the
secret
labyrinths
and
hidden
chambers
and
under
the
modern-day
London,
the
creative
team
led
by
director/producer
Alex
Kurtzman
has
brought
surprising
intensity
and
thrills
in
this
new
world
of
gods
and
monsters.
All
that
said,
well
hold
on....
how
does
Tom
Cruise
escape
such
a
devastating
plane
crash
shown
in
the
trailer
when
nobody
else
could?
Is
there
something
more
to
it?
To
know,
keep
an
eye
on
my
next
article.
