Writing Break-up Songs Seem Therapeutic To Joe Jonas

Renowned singer and songwriter Joe Jonas, who has been suffering from break-up blues after separating from his model girlfriend Gigi Hadid, says it feels therapeutic to pen down songs on the note of his break-up. It soothes down his heart and relaxes his mind.

The Cake By The Ocean singer, wrote a lot of songs track after his split from his girlfriend Hadid, but for some unknown reasons he never does intend to release those songs.

"Those songs in particular didn't make the album. You might hear them eventually, songs leak all the time, but I think the place I was in my life when I wrote them, I'm not there anymore, so it wouldn't make sense to release them," said Jonas.

Jonas even told that he feels much happier nowadays than he was before, and writing those sngs on his break-up has eventually helped him get better with time and music.

"I'm much happier than I was. They were reactive and therapeutic. You've got to let it all out and sometimes you have to step back and say, 'Is this me still to this day?' and you realise that you're in a different place," the 27-year-old singer added.

He also said that music has all the power to soothe a bruised heart, just one need to feel it and let it cure the saddened soul.
