After a long gap, crazy star Ravichandran has made his comeback to the big screen with a big bang. His latest movie Hoo, which features bombshell Namitha and actress Meera Jasmine in the female leads, is a remake of Telugu movie Vasantham. Director Ravichandran has made a few changes from the original to suit the taste of the local audience.
Hoo is a romantic flick, which has an age-old story and dull narration. The highlights of the film are Ravichandran’s performance, Namitha’s glamour, comedy and Ismail and Raghu’s artwork. The music will usually be the first highlight of Ravichandran’s films, but V Harikrishna’s music in Hoo utterly disappoints his fans.
Ravichandran has been a true worshiper of love and friendship in almost all his previous movies and he has chosen the same as the subject of Hoo. It is all about a jobless youngster, who becomes a chess player with the insistence of his girlfriend, but he is trapped between friendship and love when he falls in love with another girl.
