Kaada Beladingalu reveals this inherent message through a young female journalist Sudheshne, who wants to investigate into a bomb blast. She hails from a village but migrates to the city in search for a job. She had to visit the village on a professional assignment. While investigation, the young girl is startled to find about the process of degeneration in the village. The transformation in the village life really surprises her.
