Viraat is a action Oriented film. In this film Challenging star Darshan plays a international businessman role with three heroines - Vidisha Srivatsav Isha Chawla and Chytra.

Actress Suhasini Maniratnam is playing the role of a powerful Chief Minister for the first time in her career. Sumalatha Ambarish, Ravishanker, Srinivasamurthy are also in the supporting cast in this film.

Story

Viraat is completely a masala entertainer dedicated to the fans of Darshan. Viraat Prasad (Darshan), son of big business man wants to resolve electricity probelms by taking up a huge thermal project which is eyed is an antogonist Mr Singh (Ravishankar).

Who bags the whopping thermal project is a one-line story of Viraat.

H. Vasu is directing the film while Sandesh Nagaraj and Tollywood based Ratnakumar is producing the venture. The dialogues and screenplay is written by M. S. Ramesh.

The official launch and the first schedule shooting of Viraat film began on 27 February 2012.

The film is expected to be a big budget venture with a big glass house worth crores of rupees is being made at the Bababudangiri Hills for the first 15 days shooting schedule.

Release

Viraat movie releasd in theaters on January 29th, 2016.
