Nagathihalli's father dies

Well known writer, film director and Television serial director Nagathihalli Chandrashekhar has lost his dear father N.T.Thimmashetty Gowda who breathed his last on in his native village of Nagathihalli village of Nagamangala Taluk in Mandya district.

Nagathihalli's father was a popular school teacher in the village and had trained many young students who have reached some positions in the society today. He was also of a great influence to Nagathihalli Chandrashekhar and induced in him a strong reading habit. Despite being struck with a great tragedy,

Chandrashekhar is having a function on 22nd October at Nagathihali in which his father's great deeds are remembered. Since his father was a teacher, Nagathihalli Chandrashekhar is planning to invite all the teachers who have trained him from his first standard to the college days and honour them. He also plans to invite children who were being taught by his father.

Nagathihalli Chandrashekhar says that he is not a firm believer in following the post death traditions and he firmly believes that his father's soul will be resting in peace if he honours teachers who are responsible for his upliftment.
