Shivaraj ready to enter his new house

Hatrick Hero Shivaraj Kumar's new house, that is now being constructed in a one-acre plot in the Hebbal-Yelahanka road is in the final stage of the completion. Recently Shivaraj Kumar and his wife were in Delhi to scout for some materials for this house. The house-warming ceremony has been fixed on October 18.

Shivaraj Kumar said that this will be the first house that was constructed by any member of his family. "All along, we have been purchasing built houses in Chennai and Bangalore, and this is the first time that one of the family members of Appaji (Late Dr. Raj Kumar) is constructing a house. My father was very happy that I had taken up this project of constructing a new house."

Shivaraj Kumar is now busy in shooting for Sathya In Love directed by Raghava Loki. The film seems to have caught the imagination of Shivaraj Kumar's fans as it will present the actor in different looks and costumes. The big-budget film has love as the basic element in the story with the underworld backdrop. The film's producer says that he has already spent over Rs. 4 crores for the film and has engaged the best technicians for the film.

Genelia is playing the lead in this film. Guru Kiran is the music director. There is still some pending work for the film which will be finished in two schedules of shooting in August and September.
