Ajith
is
still
studying
in
University
Law
College.
He
had
an
ambition
to
become
an
actor.
He
had
basic
training
in
classical
and
Western
Dance.
He
obtained
the
second
rank
in
classical
Bharathanatyam
dance
at
state
Jr.
level
and
senior
level
competition.
He
also
represented
India
in
the
International
Children
festival
held
at
Mangolia
in
the
year
2002
and
won
a
Gold
Medal
for
his
dance
performance.
He
has
been
an
active
participant
in
the
college
competitions.
Even
as
a
young
dancer
he
had
participated
in
a
dance
competition
at
Chennai.
Ajith
is
being
trained
in
western
dance
too.
He
has
been
trained
in
stunts
from
Appu
Venkatesh.
"Director
Chandru
told
me
the
story
and
I
found
it
interesting.
My
mother
was
ready
to
produce
a
film
and
thus
Patre
Loves
Padma
happened," says
Ajith.
There
are
no
stunts
in
the
film,
but
chasing
sequences.
And
Chandru
has
made
me
to
underplay
my
character.
Chandru
sir
guided
me
in
every
shot.
I
was
not
nervous
as
I
had
performed
on
the
stage
earlier,"
says
Ajith.
"I
do
not
want
to
get
branded
for
a
particular
role,"
he
added.
