Bollywood calling for Diganth

'Jayenge Hum Tho Bollywood' seems to be the mantra of actors in Sandalwood these days. Sudeep's dream debut in Phoonk directed by Ram Gopal Varma has made the Bollywood directors sit up and take notice of the Kannada film stars lately. The next one to hit the Bollywood jackpot is the young actor Diganth of Gaalipata and Mungaru Male fame.

It is heard that the handsome hunk has been chosen for a biggie in Hindi which is termed as a historical film. Moreover the film is a bilingual with Hindi as well as English versions. The producers want the film to cater to the Indian and as well as international audience. Diganth says that the movie will be a big boost to his career.

Apparently it was Diganth"s performance in the films Mungaru Male and Gaalipata which prompted the Bollywood directors to notice him. Both the films had Golden star Ganesh as the hero and Diganth played the second lead. This former model started his acting career with Miss California and rose to fame after Mungaru Male.
