Kobri Manju alias K Manju, the director of the movie Armane featuring Ganesh, has said that the producers of Kannada film industry have lost atleast Rs 350 crores this year. Gandugali Manju, who even does not pay regularly to his car drivers, is worried about the loss.

Producer K Manju said, "Certain Kannada stars, who are not able to bring in houseful of audience for even a single Matinee show, are not ready to reduce their payments. Kannada film producers are suffering a loss of Rs 350 crores this year because of these actors. I'm also one amongst these producers." He seemed exhausted after running the movie Armane for 100 days only to retain stardom to actor Ganesh.

Manju, a relative of superstar Vishnuvardhan said, "Vishnu was ready to spend Rs 1 crore to renovate Puttanna Theatre in Jayanagar, but Karnataka Government didn't pay heed to his wish. Now after the destruction of Puttanna, Shanti and Nanda theatres, Innox has appeared in Jayanagar, which is charging Rs 150 per ticket and making profits."

However, the director denied to reveal the earnings of the movie Armane.
