Dr.
Vishnuvardhan
starrer
Namma
Yejamaanaru
was
launched
on
Friday
afternoon
at
the
Saami's
Dream
land
in
the
presence
of
some
dignitaries
of
the
Kannada
film
industry.
The
film
is
being
produced
by
Rajashekhar
and
Karisubgu
and
is
directed
by
award
winning
director
Nagabharana.
Vijaya
Raghavendra,
Navya
Nair,
Anant
Nag,
Lakshmi
Gopalaswamy
and
Ramesh
Arvind
play
important
roles
in
the
film.
After
the
traditional
pooja
and
muhurath
shot,
Nagabharana
and
the
entire
team
of
Nammejamaanaru
addressed
the
press
conference
to
declare
that
the
script
of
the
film
was
a
major
source
of
inspiration
for
all
of
them.
Nagabharana
said
that
after
a
gap
of
nearly
twenty
seven
years
he
has
got
an
opportunity
to
work
with
a
great
artiste
like
Dr.
Vishnuvardhan.
He
said
that
he
was
approached
by
the
producers
to
work
on
a
script
for
Vishnu
and
then
he
had
a
story
that
was
haunting
him
since
many
days.
"I
went
to
narrate
this
story
to
Vishnu
and
was
happy
that
Vishnu
agreed
to
do
this
project
in
the
first
sitting
itself," said
Nagabharana.
After
getting
Vishnu's
approval
he
started
scouting
for
the
other
artistes
and
obtained
their
concurrence
for
the
project.
"Our
aim
is
to
make
an
entertainer
which
is
appealing
to
a
large
section
of
family
audience.
It
will
have
popular
ingredients,
but
the
entire
narration
will
be
clean
and
appealing," said
Nagabharana.
Vijaya
Raghavendra
said
that
it
was
his
dream
to
work
with
Dr.
Vishnu
and
the
opportunity
had
come
to
him
on
a
platter.
"I
accepted
the
offer
to
work
in
the
film
even
before
I
heard
the
story
because
I
was
provided
with
an
opportunity
to
work
with
Vishnu
sir.
But
I
heard
the
script
thereafter
and
I
should
say
Bharana
sir
has
done
an
amazing
work," said
Vijaya
Raghavendra.
Vishnuvardhan
said
that
he
would
go
by
the
advise
of
Nagabharana
and
do
everything
that
is
instructed
to
him.
"I
have
to
be
convinced
of
any
project
before
it
starts,
and
Bharana
has
just
done
that
work.
He
has
taken
the
support
of
many
writers
and
technicians
to
make
this
film,"
added
Vishnu.
