Parvathi busy learning Kannada

Parvathi Menon is busy learning Kannada these days for she intends to dub for herself in the forthcoming film Male Barali, Manju Irali. The muhurat of the film was held in Kodagu (Coorg) recently. Parvathi has accepted the film after rejecting seven Kannada films on the grounds that they did not have good story or script. Parvathi says, "For me, banners or actors do not matter. It is good scripts that are of prime importance and I fell in love with Vijayalakshmi's narration and passion."

Now, she is all set to play the lead role of Sneha in Male Barali, Manju Irali which means 'Let the rain come and the mist also stay'. Parvathi, who is doing her B.A Literature, is planning to take a Masters in the same subject and move to Toronto for film studies.
