Last Friday, Rockline Venkatesh's production Bombaat was released. Ganesh and Ramya play the lead roles in this film which is directed by D. Rajendra Babu. Next week, Ramya's another much awaited film Anthu Inthu Preethi Banthu in which she is paired with new comer Adithya Babu will be released. Ramya has just returned to Bangalore after completing a promotional tour of the film.
The unit of Anthu Inthu Preethi Banthu along with Ramya, the film's producer and hero Adithya Babu and Veera Shankar toured different parts of the state to promote the film. The three day tour was a grand success, according to Manju, who is one of the production controllers of the film. Ramya was the main attraction of all the promotional programmes, says the film's director Veera Shankar.
The video clips of the songs of the film was shown in all the places where the film unit visited during the promotional tour. And both Ramya and Adithya Babu interacted with film fans and briefed them about their roles in the film. And the promotional team also handed over audio cassettes of the film for the lucky winners who answered a few questions about the film.
Ramya feels that she has an author backed role in Anthu Inthu Preethi Banthu which is in fact a remake of Telugu hit Aadavalla Maatalukku Arthaale Verule directed by Selvaraghavan. She is extremely confident of the film and her role which she feels has been tailor-made for her. Therefore she has decided to promote Anthu Inthu Preethi Banthu which is slated for release in a competition with another much awaited film Arjun which has Darshan in the lead.
