director

films

Narayan.
He
is
now
directing
a
film
titled
as
Baaji
for
which
major
portions
of
the
shooting
has
already
been
completed.
Disclosing
this
information
to
film
reporters
in
a
media
conference,
Shidlaghatta
Srinivas
said
that
the
film
is
an
action
thriller
which
has
been
shot
in
many
parts
of
Karnataka
and
also
in
Mumbai.
Alok,
son
of
Actor
and
Director
Kashinath
is
being
introduced
as
the
hero
of
the
film.
A
new
heroine
Rani
is
being
introduced
in
this
film.
Rani
hails
from
Bangalore
and
she
was
chosen
recently
in
a
beauty
pageant
as
the
Best
Smiling
face
in
South
India.
Srinivas
said
that
character
artists
like
Rangayana
Raghu
and
Kishor
are
also
playing
important
roles
in
the
film.
'Kishor
plays
the
role
of
a
Mumbai
based
Don
who
comes
to
Bangalore
and
accidentally
meets
the
heroine
and
falls
for
her.
But
the
heroine
detests
this
love
offer
from
the
villain
and
escapes
from
her
house.
She
meets
the
hero
and
the
film
takes
an
interesting
turn
there
after.
The
film
has
lot
of
thrills
and
action
which
will
keep
the
audience
in
the
edge
of
the
seats'
said
Srinivas.
Alok
plays
the
role
of
Balaji,
the
hero
of
the
film.
He
is
referred
by
friends
as
Baaji
because
he
always
loves
to
gamble.
He
said
that
the
film
has
offered
him
opportunities
for
showcasing
his
dancing
and
fighting
skills.
