doing
two
roles
in
a
film
for
the
first
time.
The
actor
who
has
been
enjoying
very
good
time
in
his
film
career
will
be
doing
two
different
type
of
characters
in
the
film
Veera
Madakari.
It
will
be
produced
by
the
actor's
friend
Dinesh
Gandhi
and
directed
by
Sadhu
Kokila.
The
film
was
launched
recently
at
a
Bangalore
Hotel,
where
the
Indian
pace
bowler
Munaf
Patel
made
a
surprise
presence.
Dinesh
Gandhi
had
earlier
directed
a
film
and
had
assisted
many
directors
as
a
co-director.
He
is
now
turning
a
producer
with
Veera
Madakari,
which
is
the
remake
of
Telugu
hit
Vikramarkudu
starring
Ravi
Teja
and
Anushka.
The
Telugu
film
which
became
a
block
buster
was
directed
by
S.S.
Rajamouli.
The
launch
was
attended
by
many
well
noted
film
personalities
including
Karnataka
Film
Chamber
Of
Commerce
Vice
President
SA.
Ra.
Govindoo.
Rebel
star
Ambarish
was
present
to
bless
the
team.
Munaf
Patel
made
a
brief
appearance
after
the
function
and
just
sat
in
a
corner.
With
him
were
some
former
Ranji
players
of
Karnataka
and
a
few
friends.
Later
it
became
clear
that
Sudeep
was
one
of
his
close
friends.
After
exchanging
pleasantries
with
a
few
friends
and
holding
a
brief
conversation
with
Sudeep,
Munaf
Patel
quietly
left
the
place.
Director
Sadhu
Kokila
said
that
the
film
will
be
shot
in
Badami,
Aihole,
Pattadakal
and
many
outdoor
spots
in
Northern
Karnataka.
"Major
portions
of
the
shooting
will
take
place
in
Badami
Caves.
Later
we
are
planning
to
shoot
in
Bangalore
and
also
abroad.
I
am
planning
to
shoot
the
film
for
80
to
90
days," said
Sadhu
Kokila.
He
has
managed
to
get
the
best
technicians
in
the
form
of
Art
director
Dinesh
Mangalore
and
Fight
Choreographer
Thriller
Manju.
Sadhu
also
said
that
Sudeep
will
be
playing
two
roles
in
the
film
and
the
heroine
of
the
film
is
yet
to
be
finalised.
The
film
will
be
starting
its
shooting
schedule
in
August.
Sudeep
added
that
there
is
diversity
in
the
two
characters
that
he
is
portraying
in
the
film.
"There
is
space
for
comedy,
dynamism,
heroism
and
also
for
good
performance
in
these
two
roles,"
he
said.
