Aindrita Ray turns down offers from KPL

Even as the Karnataka Premiere League (KPL) fever rises, the glamour quotient that such T20 cricket tournaments need has directed the focus on the Sandalwood celebrities. But actress Aindrita Ray is not very happy with the offer.

Aindrita Ray was approached by two teams to be their ambassador but she turned down both of them as they were ready to pay only Rs.3 lakh while she demanded Rs.8 lakh. She said that she was not in the mood to sign up for such a paltry amount. Moreover, she was not happy on learning that a particular team was in talks with another celebrity even while it was in talk with her.

However, sources said that Aindrita is currently in talk with another team. Other Sandalwood celebrities like Ramya, Sharmila Mandre, Darshan, Sudeep and Pooja Gandhi have been approached by various teams. Sharmila and Pooja have expressed their displeasure on the remuneration.
