Darshan to leave no stone unturned

Darshan entered films at the tender age of 17. Last week, he celebrated his 32nd birthday at the set of his latest film Boss. Darshan, who had a successful year in 2008, has some exciting projects coming up in 2009 too.

Pokiri, the Telugu film starring Mahesh Babu is being remade in Kannada with Darshan in the lead. The challenging star is aware that when a hit film is remade in another language, there will be comparison in terms of quality. Pokiri was one of the biggest hits in Telugu and it even ran for 25 weeks in Bangalore. The film was already remade in Tamil as Pokkiri with Vijay as hero the Tamil version was as successful as the original.

Now it is heard that Pokiri will also be remade in Hindi with Salman Khan in the lead. So this means there cannot be any compromises in the quality of the Kannada version. Darshan is very particular about the quality of his films and he wants his Pokiri to be as good as the other language versions. Darshan wants everyone from the technicians to the actors to be the industry's best. He wishes that among all the Pokiri versions, the Kannada version should be the best.

Darshan also knows that to be the best, one should work hard. Being diligent person, it should not be difficult for him.
