Moggina Manasu bags five Filmfare awards
Radhika Pandit starrer Moggina Manasu has bagged five Filmfare awards at the 56th Filmfare awards function held in Hyderabad on July 31 night. Shashank bagged the Best Director, Radhika Pandit won Best Actress, while Best Supporting actor actress went to Yash, Shubha Poonja respectively. Moggina Manasu was awarded with the Best Film.
Movie Gaalipata also bagged three Filmfare awards. Golden star Ganesh won the Best actor for his performance in Gaalipata. Harikrishna walked away with Best Musician and Jayanth Kaikini was awarded Best Lyricist for the song 'Minchaagi neenu baralu' in Gaalipata.
Meanwhile, Sonu Nigam won the Best Playback Male Singer for 'Yenagali munde saagu' in Mussanje Maathu, while Shreya Ghoshal bagged Best Playback Female Singer for 'Ninna Nodalenthu' in Mussanje Maathu.
