Hosamane is disgusted by the slogans against him. He is more wonder struck when he comes to know that children are shouting slogans and they want to get released their granny Savitramma. He asks his assistants to call Mitra first. Then he decides to finish of the people who are raising voice against him.

Mitra is also shocked after knowing the truth from Hosamane. He informs Ansuya about her childrens act against Hosamane. She is scared about the children.

Hosamane's gaurds come to the children with cold drinks. They refuse it and scold them. Later Hosamane himself come there. He is angry when he knows that Megha's daughter is one among the children. He thinks of doing something to the children.

Mitra calls Megha over phone and tells her that her daughter is one among the children, who organised the strike against Hosamane. She is baffled and she can not believe this information.
