Prakash Raj gets Rs. 4 million for Dhool

It is well known that after long time, actor Prakash Raj (Rai), who recently bagged Best Actor at the 55th Indian National Film Awards 2007, has returned to Kannada through the film Dhool. Now, the latest buzz is that Prakash is getting Rs. 40 lakh as his payment for the movie.

However, Prakash Raj is playing the villain, who is the brother of the heroine in the movie Dhool. Yogish alias Loose Mada and actress Andrita Ray are playing the Lead roles in the movie. the film Dhool is a remake of Tamil Movie Thiruvilayadal Aarambam. The movie has already completed the first schedule and has started the second schedule of its shooting from September 5.

Meanwhile, Prakash Raj has also signed Ravichandran's forthcoming Kannada movie Majini Hani. Presently, he is busy with the shooting of the movie. Talking about the National Award, he says, “I am really happy about winning the award. I trusted Priyadarshan. We all worked as a team and finally achieved something really big. This award is so special to me."
