Priyamani enters the Kannada industry

The young and happening heroine Priyamani is literally going places. She made her debut with the film Pellaina Kotthalo and soon established herself as an actress. Priyamani is now a bankable star in Telugu and she has some big hits to her credit in Tamil. She even won the national award for Best actress for her role in a Tamil film.

Priyamani is acting in the film Ravan directed by Mani Ratnam. The film is being made simultaneously in Tamil and Hindi. So Priyamani will automatically make her debut in Bollywood too. Priyamani has now bagged a plum role in a Kannada film. The film is Ram. Puneet Rajkumar is the hero and Madesh is the director. The film is a remake of the hit Telugu film Ready. Adithya Ram is the producer.
