Puneeth not affected by success

The Rajkumar household is holding celebrations and Puneeth Rajkumar, State award winner for best actor (Milana), is being showered with praise from all corners. Late Dr. Rajkumar's wife Mrs. Parvathamma Rajkumar was presented with the Lifetime Achievement award which brought further cheers to the family.

But Puneeth Rajkumar did not go over the top with excitement and was modest as always. He said he came to know about the award only when journalists and his brothers called to congratulate him. The award came as a big surprise since he did not expect it at all. He also said that he is a person who is little affected by success or failure.

Puneeth believes that getting an award is not the end of the road and he still has a long way to go. Whatever Puneeth may feel, his friends and relatives are very happy and excited. They all gathered at his home as soon as they heard the news and held a celebration.
