Powerstar
Puneet
Rajkumar,
who
is
presently
busy
with
the
his
next
movie
Raam,
has
lashed
out
at
the
reports
about
the
failure
of
his
Raaj
-
The
Showman,
insisting
that
the
movie
is
still
doing
well
at
the
Box
Office.
Earlier,
it
was
reported
that
the
much
hyped
movie
had
utterly
failed
at
the
Box
Office.
Recently,
the
Kannada
actor
expressed
his
disappointment
with
reports.
He
said,
"Raaj
is
not
a
flop
movie.
The
movie
will
complete
50
days
in
maximum
number
of
theatres.
It
is
even
successful
in
its
earning
at
the
Box
Office.
I
don't
know
why
people
write
bad
things
about
the
movie."
He
added,
"My
forthcoming
movie
Raam
is
a
family
entertainer.
We
have
given
lot
of
prominence
to
comedy
in
the
movie.
I
am
playing
a
never
before
role,
which
is
full
of
newness
and
is
different.
I
am
very
happy
to
act
alongside
National
award
winner
Priayamani."
Puneet
Rajkumar
always
plays
the
roles,
which
are
closer
to
common
man.
His
role
in
Raam
will
remind
the
audiences
of
Dr.
Rajkumar's
movies
like
Hosa
Belaku,
Halu
Jenu
and
Chalisuva
Modagalu.
Now
the
actor
is
worried
about
why
the
present
directors
are
not
able
to
pen
such
a
simple
stories.
