Sonal Chauhan banking on Cheluveye Ninne Nodalu

Bollywood actress Sonal Chauhan, who made her debut through Jannat, hopes that Shivaraj Kumar starrer Kannada movie Cheluveye Ninne Nodalu would get her a big break in South Indian Movies. The actress has recently completed the shooting if the Kannada film, which is directed by actor Raghu Ram.

Sonal Chauhan has earlier acted in a Telugu film Rainbow, but it was not inspiring for her. She was desperately looking for a break in South when she got the offer to star alongside Shivanna in director Raghu Ram's movie. "Cheluveye Ninne Nodalu has given me a platform for South Indian Movies," Nowrunning.com quotes Sonal saying.

"The first thing Raghu Ram told me was that a senior artist like Shivaraj Kumar had appreciated my performance in Jannat. That was a very big compliment to me. Later when I heard the story of the film I felt very happy that a right opportunity had knocked at my doors. My character in my first Kannada film was well defined," she adds.

Sonal Chauhan does not like to be slotted as a glamorous actress. she thinks that she has enough talents to prove that she is a good performer. She says that the movie Cheluveye Ninne Nodalu has a big scope for the heroine's role. She thinks that the film will turn out to be a big project and this film is sure to make history in Kannada films.
