Sreesanth strikes back at Dasiy Bopanna

Indian cricketer Sreesanth, who is playing in the ongoing IPL2 in South Africa for King's XI Punjab, has dismissed Kannada actress Daisy Bopanna's claims that he is waiting for her reply. He called her claim a nonsense and an attempt to latch on to his name.

The pace bowler was shocked when he started receiving calls from family and friends. Sources claim that he spent whole day answering to family and friends. He said, "It's all nonsense and some girls are trying to cash in on my name. I don't have any girlfriend. Cricket is my only girlfriend. I want to concentrate on it"

Sreesanth further said that he met the actress only once and spent two hours with her during the shooting of an ad. That was the first and last, and after that he neither met nor spoke to her over phone. "I don"t even have her number. How can I call or SMS her and keep in touch with her?" he asked.

"I"m not a casanova. I'm a party animal. I like making friendship and most often I"m spotted with celebs or supermodels. This has been mistaken by the media and linked me with many actresses and models." He added.
