Producer Anaji Nagaraj has finally completed Shivaraj Kumar-Yajna Shetty starrer Kannada movie Sugreeva (Sugriva) within 18 hours on October 11 2009. But he has failed to created a record in Guinness Book of World Records. It is said that the total period includes the time from the biginning of shooting to release of the movie in theatres.

Earlier, malayalam director Prashanth had completed Mohanlal starrer Bhagwan in 19 hours. Now Sugriva is his second attempt. Despite completing the movie in 18 hours, Nagaraja's dream of entering the movie in the Guinness Book of World Records is coming true. The movie Sugreeva started shooting at 6 a.m. on October 11 and was completed at 11.55 p.m on the same day.

However, the movie Sugreeva has completed shooting in 18 hours, but not screened in any theatres. It has not get through the Guiness test. So producer Anaji Nagaraj is now making efforts to get an entry for his movie in Limca Book at least.

Now, it is also said that Anaji's movie Sugreeva is the remake of English movie John Q. Shivaraj Kumar had earlier vowed not to act in remake movies. But he was not told about the remake while signing the movie Sugreeva. Nagaraj's secrecy about the movie has made him break his promise.
