Suri to direct Puneet Rajkumar in Lagori

The latest buzz in Gandhinagar is that Duniya fame director Suri is reportedly set to direct Powerstar Puneet Rajkumar in the movie Lagori, which had hit the headlines for the conflict between director Yogaraj Bhat and producer Rockline Venkatesh over the budget of the movie earlier this year.

If everything had gone according to the calculations, Puneet Rajkumar starrer Lagori could have gone on set by this time. But producer Rockline Venkatesh could not manage the big budget for the movie, which had irked the director Yogaraj Bhat. So he had to drop the movie earlier this year.

In a new development, director Suri has now come forward to direct the film Lagori, which will soon go to sets. Puneet Rajkumar will be the hero of the movie, but the title has been changed. Lagori has been renamed as Ekka (which is a card in playing cards).

The date of shooting muhurtha and the details about the casts have not been confirmed yet. Ekka is reportedly produced under Puneet's own banner. Until the release of Puneet's Raaj - The Showman, nothing can be said about the movie. Everything will be finalised after the release of Raaj.
