Ambareesh, Parvathamma end KFCC row

Finally, Rebel star Ambareesh and Smt. Parvathamma Rajkumar have put an end to the row between KFCC President Basanth Kumar Patil and the Executive Committee members. Now, Basanth Kumar will continue as the President till the next KFCC election, which will be held on January 29th 2011.

Earlier last week, a meeting was held after nearly 20 members resigned to their posts at KFCC. The rebels' team had given two options to the Present. 1. He should resign from his post of President. or 2. He should dissolve the committee before November 15th. However, Basanth Kumar had just 10 days time to take an appropriate decision.

Ambareesh and Parvathamma Rajkumar intervened the battle between the President and Executive committee members, when it took a serious mode. Ambareesh had a personal meeting with Executive Committee members. After hearing their opinions, he has come out with a solution the problem.

Sources claim that the KFCC needs about 40 days to hold election for fresh Committee and the President. And immediate dissolving of the committee by Basanth would affect the day today affairs of the Chamber. To avoid any such situation, Basanth has been asked to continue as the President.
