Chiru audio released for third time

Director Mahesh Babu's film Chiru had its third audio release. First, the audio release took place on a live programme with Udaya TV. Then a proper tie up took place with the famous Kannada newspaper called Udayavani and the audio CD for the film was distributed free of cost with the edition of last Monday.

Mahesh Babu officially released the audio album last Wednesday evening at the posh The Bell Hotel. It is said that due to the circulation of the newspaper Udayavani the audio release could reach 1.50 lakh people all over Karnataka that equates to Rs.15 lakhs spending of the. This has been revealed by Bharat Jain, the producer of Mars Films.

Bharath"s younger brother Suresh Jain said that they do not have any other outlets for the publicity of the film. The vinyl posters are too expensive and thus the only alternative to reach the masses was via the newspaper. Each CD is sold at Rs.15 in the marketplace in the form of MP3 and this way the expenditure would reach a staggering come to Rs.10 lakhs. Every CD has a coupon inside and the lucky dip winners stand a chance to win a car, a bike or gold coins.
