Diganth shocked by Shubha's replacement

Actor Diganth, who is very happy over the good beginning of the film Swayamwara, has revealed that he was surprised when he did not find actress Shubha Poonja on sets of the first day of the shooting of his upcoming flick Putra. He says that she was replaced by Ambaari fame Supreetha without his notice.

Diganth's upcoming movie Putra is a remake of Tamil film Emdan Magan. Earlier, Shubha was roped in to play Digi's lover interest in the film, which was supposed to have gone on the floors last year. But actress Supreetha had been brought in as Shubha"s replacement.

According to Diganth, Shubha had several other projects in her hand. Due to this, she had some date issues. But he did not know that she had been replaced by another babe. “I was surprised when I came on the sets the first day. I thought Shubha would be doing the film since she was assigned to play the role, but I saw Supreetha instead," the Bangalore Times quotes the actor as saying.
