The
music
of
director
R
Chandru's
upcoming
movie
Mylari
has
set
a
new
record
in
the
history
of
Kannada
film
music.
Shivaraj
Kumar
and
Sada
starrer
has
become
the
first
film
to
sell
24,000
audio
CDs
and
cassettes
in
the
first
two
days
of
its
release.
The
music
has
beaten
the
record
of
Jackie
and
Pancharangi.
Mohan
Chabbria,
the
CEO
of
Anand
Audios,
recently
revealed
the
record
of
Mylari
to
Oneindia.
He
said,
"Mylari
audio
has
created
a
new
record
in
the
history
of
Kannada
film
music
with
its
sale
crossing
20000.
This
number
is
more
than
what
Jackie,
Pancharangi
and
Gana
Bajana
had
got
in
once
week."
He
added,
"Normally,
we
produce
20000
audio
CDs
and
cassettes
of
a
film
before
its
release.
And
second
batch
production
of
the
CDs
and
cassettes
will
take
place
only
after
its
release.
But
for
Mylari
audio,
we've
got
repeat
demand
of
4000
CDs
and
cassettes
on
the
second
day.
And
these
4000
CDs
were
sold
out
like
a
hot
within
a
day."
However,
the
film
Mylari
has
six
songs
and
Gurukiran
has
composed
music
for
them.
Gurukiran,
Puneet
Rajkumar,
Shankar
Mahadevan
and
Kailash
Kher
have
rendered
their
voice
for
these
songs.
The
music
was
recently
released
into
the
market
and
is
successful
in
impressing
the
music
lovers
in
very
short
span
of
time.
Mohan
hopes
that
this
audio
rules
the
Sandalwood
music
chart.
