Puneet Rajkumar to star in another remake movie

Power star Puneet Rajkumar has reportedly signed to star in another remake movie. The Sandalwood star's next movie will be a remake of Tamil movie Kanagavel Kakka, which is currently doing well at Kollywood Box Office. The movie has actor Kiran and actress Haripriya in the lead roles.

Kanagavel Kakka has been produced by Saravan R under the banner Aakarshini Films. Now, the Kannada remake will be directed by Kavin Bala, who has also helmed the original Tamil version. Earlier, he has worked as assistant under the hands of Vairamuttu.

However, the Gandhinagar sources claim that actress Anushka Shetty will act alongside Puneet Rajkumar. Vijay Anthony will compose music for the film. The details of other cast and technicians are not revealed yet and the film will be titled very soon. It revolves around the story of a reporter and it is a commercial entertainer.
