Radhika shooting for Telugu film Devathalu

Kannada actress Radhika, who recently hit the headlines after she broke her silence over her marriage and baby, is making her comeback to big screen. Now, she is acting in a Telugu film, which has been titled Devathalu. Currently, the Sandalwood babe is shooting for it and will complete her portion of filming very soon.

Telugu movie Devathalu is being directed by Arundhati fame Kodi Ramkrishna and produced by G Srinivas Reddy under the banner Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Art Films. Ghantadi Krishna is composing music for it. It is a devotional film and Rishi, Radhika, Bhanupriya, Sathya Prakash, Prithvi are in the cast.

Radhika was secretly shooting for the film Devathalu all these days. But the news of her acting in the Telugu film came to light after she came to film for a song sequence in Melkote. As she arrived in Melkote, the people of the village were surprised. They crowded around her and asked her many question about her comeback to films.

However, the actress has admitted that she has married to former CM Kumaraswamy. She revealed her daughter"s name as Shamika Kumaraswamy. She also claimed that her husband does not restrict her to act in films. She will next be seen with Audithya in the long-pending Ishwar. After her pregnancy, she had put on few pounds extra, which she has shed by working out at the gym. Now, she is planning to do a film in Kannada.
