The latest buzz about Hat-trick hero Shivaraj Kumar in Gandhinagar rumour mills is that the Kannada actor is reportedly being paid a whopping amount of Rs 91 lakhs for his role in director R Chandru's upcoming movie Mylari. According to sources, the numbers 1 and 9 are Shivanna's lucky numbers. That's why he was said to have demanded the producers to pay that amount.

Kanakpura Srinivas and KP Srikanth, who had earlier produced Yuvaraja, Santha and Sriram, are now producing the film Mylari. However, Srikanth has dismissed the reports of paying him Rs 91 lakhs. “No doubt Shivanna is worth every penny even if he"s paid that amount. But he"s never made such demands all through our association nor are we bound by a commitment to pay him that price," the Bangalore Times quotes Srikanth as saying

Meanwhile, the Kannada actor has agreed that figures 1 and 9 are his lucky number but he denied the claims of the receiving such a big amount. “Yes, 9 is a lucky number for my family and my birth date adds up to 1, but that doesn"t mean I"m being paid that much. These are just rumours," Bangalore Times reports Shivanna as saying.

However, Shivaraj Kumar is a very talented Kannada actor. He is known for his humility and hard work. He has never made any special demands regarding his remuneration and other facilities. Another noteworthy point about him is that there is no single report of coming late to the film set or involving in any controversies.
