After
actor
Shiney
Ahuja,
popular
singer
Kavita
Krishnamurthy's
husband
violinist
L
Subramaniam
is
facing
sexual
harassment
charges.
His
maid
servant
Bhagya
has
claimed
that
the
violinist
allegedly
attempted
to
rape
her.
However,
her
sexual
harassment
charge
comes
to
light
after
Subramaniam
filed
theft
complaint
against
her
at
the
Sanjayanagar
police
station
in
Bangalore.
According
to
sources,
L
Subramaniam
had
registered
a
theft
case
against
his
domestic
helper
Bhagya
at
the
Sanjayanagar
police
station.
In
his
complaint,
he
had
claimed
that
she
stole
cash
and
valuables
worth
Rs.
6
lakh
from
his
house.
Following
his
case,
she
approached
a
dalit
organisation,
which
submitted
a
petition
accusing
Subramaniam
of
sexually
harassing
Bhagya.
But
Subramaniam's
wife
Kavita
Krishnamurthy
has
slammed
the
rape
allegations
stating
that
her
husband
is
very
simple
and
spiritual.
She
says
that
Bhagya
stole
money
from
her
purse
and
her
hubby's
drawer
and
her
daughter"s
gold
chain.
So
her
husband
lodged
a
complaint
against
her.
She
claims
that
to
escape
from
the
case,
Bhagya
is
making
molestation
charges
against
her
hubby.
It
should
be
noted
that
the
sexual
harassment
case
against
L
Subramaniam
has
been
filed
by
the
NGO
(dalit
organisation)
and
the
maid
has
not
filed
any
separate
case
against
him.
However
Shankar
Bidari,
the
Police
Commissioner
of
Bangalore,
has
ordered
for
an
investigation
into
both
the
theft
and
sexual
harassment
cases.
