Agni
Shridhar"s
directorial
debut
Thamassu
had
its
music
launch
recently.
The
lyrics
of
all
the
songs
in
the
film
have
been
penned
by
his
daughter
Ramya
Shridhar
and
have
received
appreciation,
which
has
brought
a
a
smile
on
the
author-turned-director"s
face.
Although
the
songs
Maro
Maro
Allah
Allah,
Kochu
Kochchu
(meaning
chop
chop)
Ram
Ram
have
invited
criticism,
the
other
songs
are
doing
well.
The
launch
took
place
at
Citadel
Hotel
on
Saturday
evening
where
Shivaraj
Kumar
released
the
CD.
Others
present
at
the
event
were
director
Agni
Shridhar,
Smt.
Geetha
Shivarajakumar,
S.A.Chinne
Gowda,
Raghavendra
Rajakumar,
music
director
Sandeep
Chowta,
actress
Padmapriya,
Anand,
and
Audio
Mohan.
Shivarajakumar
expressed
that
though
the
music
of
the
film
is
different
from
the
kind
of
music
his
films
usually
have,
it
is
meaningful.
Shivaraja
Kumar
feels
that
his
role
in
the
film
is
one
of
the
best
in
his
entire
career
as
it
has
been
a
tough
one
to
essay.
Bangalore
boy
Sandeep
Chowta
has
composed
the
music
of
the
film.
He
expressed
that
he
would
have
loved
to
score
music
for
a
Dr.
Rajakumar
movie
but
scoring
music
for
Thamassu
was
one
of
the
best
of
what
he"s
done
in
his
career.
