Upendra fans' opinion on his political entry

Rumours are making rounds about Upendra's entry into politics. This news has created lot of curiosity among thousands of Uppi fans. They are eagerly waiting to know when he will launch his political career. Several fans advise the Super director not to join politics, while many support his stand and encourage him to launch his own political party.

Several Upendra fans have expressed their opinions in the comment box below the report published on Oneindia web page. Many Uppi fans are very excited that their hero is turning a politician. Shankar writes, "Hi Uppi, it is really great. I hope u will make a good politician. I wish u good luck. Love u." Current political situation in Karnataka is completely undisciplined and corrupt. There is a dire need of a man like the hero in the movie Super to bring a transformation in the state. A fan writes, "It is the right time. Karnataka need to replace all the corrupt leaders. Build own party to win as a single majority. Good luck."

Leading political parties like BJP, Congress and JD(S) are said to have invited the director-turned-actor to join their parties. But many fans object him joining any of these parties.
