chances
of
getting
bail
have
once
again
been
pushed
ahead
today
after
the
Karnataka
High
Court
adjourned
his
bail
application
to
October
6.
Justice
BV
Pinto
has
kept
it
pending
and
has
directed
the
Special
Public
Prosecutor
Chandramouli
to
file
objection
against
the
Sandalwood
star's
bail
plea
in
next
14
days.
Darshan
was
discharged
from
Rajiv
Gandhi
Institute
of
Chest
Diseases,
where
he
was
undergoing
treatment
for
asthma
and
jaundice
since
September
10
and
he
was
taken
to
Parapanna
Agrahara
jail
yesterday.
His
remand
in
judicial
custody
was
extended
till
October
4
by
the
First
Additional
Chief
Metropolitan
Magistrate
court.
However,
Darshan
was
arrested
for
allegedly
assaulting
and
threatening
his
wife
Vijayalakshmi
on
September
9.
Despite
his
wife
withdrawing
her
complaint,
his
bail
plea
was
rejected
by
the
First
Additional
Chief
Metropolitan
Magistrate
court
and
Sessions
court.
Today,
he
moved
High
Court
seeking
bail.
