Darshan
and
his
wife
Vijayalakshmi
appeared
before
Justice
BV
Pinto
for
counselling
on
Wednesday.
In
half
an
hour
meeting,
the
judge
advised
the
Kannada
actor
to
look
after
his
wife
well
and
change
his
behaviour,
as
the
public
considers
him
as
a
role
model.
Amidst
tight
security,
the
couple
arrived
to
the
judge's
chamber
around
2.30
pm
yesterday.
"Justice
Pinto
advised
Darshan
to
be
careful
about
his
conduct
since
being
an
actor
and
a
celebrity,
he
is
always
in
the
public
eye
and
any
wrong
behaviour
on
his
part
could
send
a
wrong
message
to
the
public," Special
Public
Prosecutor
HS
Chandramouli
told
PTI.
The
judge
conditioned
that
his
family
members
should
not
poke
their
noses
in
the
relationship
between
Darshan
and
Vijayalakshmi.
The
actor
was
also
strictly
told
that
the
Challenging
star
should
not
hamper
the
witnesses
and
in
case,
if
he
violates
their
condition,
the
court
can
cancel
his
bail
and
send
him
to
prison
again.
However,
Darshan
and
Vijayalakshmi
thanked
the
judge
and
the
Kannada
star
promised
him
that
he
will
take
care
of
his
wife.
It
may
be
recalled
that
on
September
9,
Darshan
was
arrested
on
charges
of
threatening
to
kill
his
wife
and
assaulting
her.
After
rejecting
his
bail
plea
for
a
few
times,
the
court
granted
him
conditional
bail
on
October
7.
