Late
Kannada
actor
Dr.
Vishnuvardhan
has
lakhs
of
diehard
fans
across
Karnataka.
A
hardcore
fan
named
Janardhana
Rao
Salanke
has
paid
tribute
to
the
Sahasa
Simha
star
by
writing
a
biography
of
Abhinava
Bhargava
Dr
Vishnu,
which
is
slated
to
hit
the
stands
on
his
birthday
on
18th
September.
Janardhana
Rao
Salanke
was
closely
following
his
late
favourite
hero
Dr.
Vishnuvardhan.
His
friends
urged
him
to
pen
a
book
on
Dr.
Vishnuji.
So
the
result
of
their
plea
is
'Mareyada
Manikya
–
Yajamana
Dr.
Vishnuvardhan'.
Talking
to
Oneindia,
Janardhana
says,
“The
book
is
slated
to
hit
the
stands
in
the
second
week
of
September
and
it
will
be
released
by
Dr.
Bharathi
Vishnuvardhan."
Janardhana
Rao
adds
that
he
had
met
Dr.
Vishnuvardhan
on
the
sets
of
Apthamithra
in
Bangalore
Palace
and
expressed
his
desire
of
penning
a
book
on
his
life.
But
Vishnu
had
said,
“I
am
not
such
a
popular
artist
to
write
a
book
on
me.
Better
try
on
our
Shivaramanna
(Sharapanjara
star
Shivram),
who
has
achieved
milestones
in
his
career."
But
Janaradhana
had
tried
to
convince,
“Sir
your
contribution
to
Kannada
film
industry
is
reaching
4
decades.
And
coming
generation
should
know
and
realize
your
contribution
to
society
and
cinema
industry."
Finally,
he
was
successful
in
getting
a
nod
from
Dr.
Vishnu
gave
to
go
ahead.
However,
Janardhana,
who
is
a
freelance
photo
journalist,
visited
Dr.
Vishnuvardhan's
Jayanagar
residence
in
2009
and
interviewed
him
and
collected
lot
of
information
about
his
life.
He
also
met
several
cine
artists,
directors,
producers
and
stunt
masters,
who
had
worked
with
him,
and
learnt
about
their
experience
with
the
actor.
He
did
lot
of
hard
work
to
collect
information
about
him
and
pen
the
book.
