According to Janasri Vahini, the unanimous decision taken by the Kannada Film Producers" Association (KFPA) and the home-breaker tag made Nikitha to attempt for the suicide. It further claims that she has been admitted at a private hospital in Mumbai and she is on a recovery path.
The KFPA announced a 3-year-ban on Nikitha on Sunday after Darshan's wife Vijayalakshmi named the actress as one of the reasons behind the trouble in her married life. The members of the board, who met her in the hospital, said that they want actors to be professional and concentrate only on their jobs.
The ban will a lesson for other artistes, claimed producer Muni Ratna, who is the President of the KFPA.
