Kamal Hassan to star in Ramesh's Nam Anna Don remake

By Ramchander

Kamal Hassan and Ramesh Aravind might collaborate again. Well, the Kannada actor is in talks with the Universal Star for the Tamil version of yet-to-be released Sandalwood flick Nam Anna Don.

Sources say that Ramesh Aravind met Kamal Hassan last week in Chennai. They reportedly discussed about the plans of remaking forthcoming Kannada movie Nam Anna Don. The movie is said to be a laugh-riot and expected to bring them together after Sati Leelavathi, which was remade in Kannada as Rama Shama Bhama, Tamil movie Manmadhan Ambu, etc.

However, Nam Anna Don is actor-director Ramesh Aravind's fifth directorial venture. He had earlier directed Rama Shama Bhama, Accident, Venkata in Sankata, Satyavan Savitri, and Crazy Kutumba. The upcoming movie is produced by his brother Ravi Joshi in the banner of Lav Kush Productions.
