It
is
not
Vishnuvardhana
but
it
is
Varadhanayaka,
which
is
now
in
trouble
over
the
title
issue.
Sudeep's
yet
another
project
has
landed
in
the
title
controversy,
which
has
now
become
a
deadlock
for
the
Karnataka
Film
Chamber
of
Commerce
(KFCC)
to
break.
The
titles
Varadhanayaka
and
Varadha,
which
sound
similar,
has
created
the
tussle
between
producers
Shankare
Gowda
and
Soorappa
Babu.
While
the
shooting
of
the
former's
film
has
started,
the
latter's
movie
with
Shivaraj
Kumar
is
yet
to
take
off.
Soorappa
Babu,
who
is
also
the
chief
of
the
title
committee,
said
that
he
had
registered
Varadha
a
few
months
ago
-
much
before
Shankare
Gowda
registered
Varadhanayaka.
Hence,
he
has
the
right
to
use
the
title.
The
producer
had
announced
the
movie
on
Shivaraj
Kumar's
birthday
and
plans
to
start
the
project
soon.
However,
Shankare
Gowda
claims
that
Varadhanayaka
has
already
started
its
regular
shooting
but
Soorapa
Babu's
movie
is
yet-to-be
started.
He
further
adds
that
Sudeep's
character
name
in
the
forthcoming
Kannada
movie
is
Varadhanayaka
and
it
would
be
appropriate
for
him
to
go
with
the
title.
Hence,
he
has
requested
the
KFCC
to
allot
the
title
for
him.
