Upendra dines with Radio Mirchi listeners

Radio Mirchi, Bangalore"s sakkath hot radio station, never fails to delight its listeners. Bringing the best of entertainment, music, stars and films, Radio Mirchi played the role of a 'Godfather" by providing the listener a chance to meet Upendra a.k.a. 'Uppi Dada" of Sandalwood.

A contest organized exclusively for Radio Mirchi listeners where one lucky Mirchi listener got a chance to dine with the 'Real Superstar Upendra". Soon after the contest was announced the excited and thrilled listeners kept the Mirchi lines busy with innumerable reasons why they deserve to have lunch with 'Namma Uppi". Yogesh, an avid Mirchi listener and a devout Uppi fan never imagined that one day he would meet the 'Real Star" himself! Radio Mirchi made his lifetime wish come true.

Overwhelmed with joy post meeting Uppi Dada, Yogesh said, “I am the greatest fan of Upendra! I have watched all his movies starting from his first directorial debut Tharle Nanmaga to the latest movie Super. I am so glad that I got a chance to have lunch with him. Radio Mirchi truly spiced up my life!"

On asking Yogesh what he likes most about Upendra, "His down to earth attitude and his simplicity. He truly is an icon who is known for his modesty and humbleness. A Superstar like him agreed to wear the three lockets I gifted in his upcoming film Godfather. He even invited me to watch him during the shoot of the film."

RJ Avinash was seen having a gala time on the show 'Bitti Ticket" quizzing the eager listeners. Listeners poured their hearts out revealing the love they have for the versatile Upendra. Some of them came up with very witty and innovative answers while most kept their thoughts simple for their love undefined. A few even got emotional at the thought.
