Telugu Megastar Chiranjeevi, who is celebrating his 52nd birthday today (August 22), has some good news for his Bangalore fans and Kannadigas. The actor-turned-politician will be in the city to watch superstar Shivaraj Kumar's 101st film Shiva, which is hitting screens this week.

According to reports, Chiranjeevi, who shares a warm relationship with the Rajkumar family, has reportedly told the makers of Shiva that he will be attending the special screening. He is the latest celebrity after Nagarjuna and Tamil superstar Vijay to express his wish to watch the much-hyped Kannada movie.

It may be recalled that the Megastar, who had acted in an extended cameo in Crazy Star Ravichandran's Sipayi, had earlier attended the muhurath of Shivanna's 100th movie Jogayya in 2010.

Shivaraj Kumar and Ragini Dwivedi starrer Shiva, which is billed as the most-anticipated movie of the year, is an action-packed commercial film. The movie brings back the formidable combo - Shivanna-Om Prakash Rao of AK 47 and Simhada Mari. It is releasing in massive 200 plus screens in Karnataka.
