The Saarathi star said that he wants to play his part for the welfare of the artists. Hence, he will donate Rs 25 lakhs. Following his decision, many actors and top filmmakers have decided to follow Darshan's footsteps thereby helping the Karnataka Film Artists Association.
Meanwhile, fresh with the success of Saarathi, Darshan is all set for the release of his next movie Chingari, which is releasing on January 27. The movie directed by Harsha also features Deepika Kamaiah, Bhavana, and Srujan Lokesh in the key roles.
