Actor-turned-politician
Jaggesh
has
blasted
the
celebrities,
who
did
not
attend
Karibasavaiah
condolence
meet
organised
by
the
Karnataka
Film
Chamber
of
Commerce
(KFCC).
His
main
target
was
the
players
of
Karnataka
Bulldozers,
who
did
not
turn
up
to
pay
homage
on
February
6.
At
the
condolence
meet,
Jaggesh
reportedly
said
that
for
our
stars,
a
cricket
match
was
more
important
than
the
death
of
Karibasavaiah.
They
were
not
even
bothered
to
wear
black
armbands
to
mark
the
death
of
the
Kannada
actor
during
the
match.
Notably
Sudeep,
Rockline
Venkatesh
and
Doddanna
skipped
the
tribute
event.
Karibasavaiah
had
acted
with
almost
all
the
stars
of
the
Kannada
film
industry.
It
is
disappointing
to
see
that
most
of
them
failed
to
attend
the
condolence
meet,
added
Jaggesh.
He
has
donated
Rs
50
thousand
to
the
deceased
family
along
with
Chingari
producer
Mahadevu,
who
will
donate
Rs
25
thousand.
Karibasavaiah,
who
did
comic
roles
in
most
part
of
his
career,
passed
away
on
February
3
afternoon.
He
breathed
his
last
at
Pristine
Hospital
after
suffering
an
accident
on
January
30.
